Ethical and Sustainable On-Call

The following are links to a talk I gave at DevOps Days Pittsburgh 2015 on building effective on-call processes. Amazingly enough I was informed by a few people that their organizations were taking my suggestions seriously and attempting to implement them. :)

I’d like to eventually give a 2.0 Version of this talk using some of the new information and experiences I’ve gathered since then. Perhaps these will be a future blog post. If you are interested in having me give a variation of this talk at your conference please let me know!
